Refunds, returns and cancellations

Cancelling an order
Confirmed orders can be cancelled before dispatch — email contact@fibrozo.com with your quote or order reference.
Custom products (made to your dimensions or branding) can’t be cancelled once production has started.
Wrong, short or defective supply
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the outer cartons and the items. We will replace the affected items, or refund or credit them.
Returns
Standard stock items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in their original packing. Return freight is paid by the buyer unless the supply was wrong or defective.
Custom-made items and opened samples can’t be returned unless defective.
Refunds
Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method or bank account within 7–10 working days.
